Refund & Return Policy
At Benefigs, we strive to deliver the freshest figs and highest quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we apply the following policy:
1. Perishable Items (Fresh Figs)
- All sales of fresh figs are final.
- No refunds or returns will be accepted once the product has been delivered or picked up, unless it arrives damaged or spoiled.
2. Homemade Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., broken packaging or leakage), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo for verification.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.
- Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
